Building an integrated line, from casting to rolling

We are establishing an integrated domestic chain that will take raw alloy through to finished sheet.

The planned process

    Alloying & casting

    KITECH's original casting technology that stably alloys magnesium up to 17.4%.

    Rolling

    Precision rolling produces sheet with uniform thickness and excellent surface quality.

    Slitting

    Precision-cut to customer-specified widths for efficient downstream processing.

    Heat treatment & processing

    Heat treatment and post-processing to optimize properties per application.

    Quality inspection

    Rigorous testing of key properties — strength, formability, corrosion resistance.

An integrated domestic chain would cut global supply-chain risk and let us supply customers reliably. That is what we are building toward.

Building out a full domestic production line

We are seeking an investment partner to build a full domestic casting-and-rolling line, with government support covering over 50% of total investment. Investment and partnership inquiries are always welcome.
