No Unauthorized Email Collection

We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by means of email-harvesting programs or any other technical device.

Violations are punishable under Article 50-2 of Korea's Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection by imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to KRW 10 million.

No one may use an automated program or other technical device to collect email addresses from a website that has expressly refused such collection. Selling or distributing addresses gathered in this way — or using them to transmit information while knowing they were gathered in this way — is likewise prohibited.
